Although tarmacadam surfaces are hard wearing and long lasting, as with all outdoor materials, they need a little maintenance from time to time to keep them in good condition.

With wear and tear and changeable weather conditions, they can all take their toll on the surface. However, any cracks or pot holes can be repaired and tarmacadam can be re-surfaced.
